What we collect

• Account info — your email address and name when you sign up
• Images you upload — stored temporarily to perform extraction
• Extraction results — the structured data we return, stored in your account history
• Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store card details
• Usage data — credit balance and extraction history

How we use it

We use your data to provide the service — authenticating you, processing your images, fulfilling credit purchases, and showing your extraction history. We do not sell your data or use your images to train AI models.

Third parties

• Anthropic — processes your images to extract structured data
• Stripe — handles payment processing
• Cloudflare R2 — stores uploaded images
• Google — optional sign-in via Google OAuth
• Neon — hosts our database
• Vercel — hosts the application

Data retention

Uploaded images are stored as long as your account is active so you can re-download results. You can delete your extraction history at any time. Account data is retained until you delete your account.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies.
